The regulators require us to publish our energy plans in a standard format for comparison purposes on Energy Made Easy, a website run by the Australian Government. With Localvolts, you control your own purchases and sales and we pass through the costs and earnings to you. This means our plans do not fit in their website’s standard formats and the resultant Basic Plan Information Documents published by them are incorrect and misleading.
